Balangir: A shocking incident occurred at Palli Vikas Panchayat High School in Balangir district's Kantabanji area on Children's Day. A teacher, teaching at school for over 23 years, on Thursday, suddenly collapsed and died while singing at event. incident left all students, teachers and staff members in a deep shock.
