CM Kamal Nath talks about getting more investments in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath on Sunday expressed his desire of getting multiple industrialists to invest in MP, and also hoped for fresh investments to come in the region. While discussing his upcoming visit to Dubai on November 5, Kamal Nath said, "I will hold discussions with industrialists regarding investing in Madhya Pradesh."
The MP CM also spoke about seeking funds from the Central government for relief work in the State, "Two times a survey team has visited the State, I will speak to the Center to send the survey team again. I have written to the Centre about it. Centre has released some funds for relief."

He also slammed the Bhartiya Janata Party while talking about the party's MLA Prahlad Lodhi. The BJP MLA had to lose his legislative assembly membership after he was convicted for two years by a special court regarding an old case. "The evil deeds done by the BJP leaders in the past fifteen years are coming out. it will come out every week, every month", the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister said.

Setback for BJP in MP
In what can be seen as a setback for the BJP, its MLA Prahlad Lodhi of the Pawai Assembly constituency had to give up his membership on Saturday after he was convicted by a special court, for two years in an old case. Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly member NP Prajapati had informed about the MLA's conviction for two years by a special court. An earlier ruling states that if a member of the legislative house is found convicted, he loses his membership at that very moment. Prajapati also said that the Election Commission has been informed about the vacancy of a post in the Madhya Pradesh state assembly.

'People rejected BJP'
Earlier in October, when MP CM Kamal Nath was asked about the Maharashtra assembly elections, he said that the difference in the election trends in the country shows that people have rejected the Bharatiya Janata Party. "The same places, where the BJP won by huge margins three to four-months back, is rejecting the party today; this indicates that people are realising. The leader further added that it is time for the politics of dividing and instigating to end, we will try and make a Congress Government in Haryana because the BJP did not win a majority. People have absolutely rejected them and they must accept this defeat, they should not even try to make a government.
