Gorakhpur: During the Dussehra celebrations at Ramlila Ground in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took part in a traditional ritual by applying 'tilak' on the foreheads of Lord Ram, Lakshman, and Sita. This ceremonial gesture is rich in cultural significance, symbolising blessings and respect for the performers who bring the epic narrative of the Ramayana to life.
