Congress Leader's SHOCKER: 'Godhra-Like Incident Ahead Of Ram Mandir Inauguration'

New Delhi: Ahe of Ram Mandir inauguration, senior Congress leer BK Haripras on Wednesday me a shocking statement and said that a ‘Godhra-like incident may repeat in Karnataka’. BK Haripras's comment comes in backdrop of arrest of Shrikant Pujari, Karsewak who was allegedly involved in Ram Temple agitation that took place in Hubballi after Babri Masjid demolition in 1992.  

"What kind of agitation is this, please make me understand. If you observe SC hearing, you can easily see that this agitation is politically motivated. You can not categorise this as a genuine protest. re is no history of demolishing one religious place to construct anor. Let me be clear, this is not a religious program. Don't exaggerate it, in Karnataka, government must take all precautions", Haripras said. 

Making bizarre claim, Congress leer said, "At same time back in Gujarat, Karsewaks were burnt alive in Godhra. y are attempting to replicate that incident in Karnataka. We must not allow such untoward incidents to happen here. We need to provide ample security to all those who visit Ayodhya. We cannot afford anor Godhra in Karnataka."

Congress is ideologically corrupt

On controversial remark me by a Senior Congress leer days ahe of temple inauguration, Anil Shetty, BJP leer in Karnataka said, "This is height of appeasement politics... Congress is ideologically corrupt."

Echoing similar remarks, Charu Pragya, BJP Spokesperson told Republic, "..This is a moment of celebration for whole nation but see kind of statement coming in from Congress party...."

'Witch hunt against Hindus": BJP

Earlier, taking to X, (formerly Twitter), BJP h lambasted Congress over arrest of Shrikant Pujari. "Congress in Karnataka shamefully targets Hindu activists, arresting elderly Karsevak Shri Shrikanth Poojari in a 31-year-old fake case. As Hindus celebrate Ram Mandir, Congress's cowardly move reflects ir refusal to accept reality of Ram Mandir. This witch hunt against Hindus is highly condemnable."

Earlier this week, Hubballi police arrested Pujari for his alleged involvement in riots in Hubballi post Babri Masjid demolition in 1992. Pujari was 20 years old at time.
