Congress Used Words Like 'Bhagwa Aatankwad' for Sake Of Votes: PM Modi Tears Into MVA In Mumbai

Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday targeted Maha Vikas Aghi (MVA) alliance saying y have become a slave to appeasement and used words like ‘Bhagwa Aatankw’ for sake of votes. dressing a big rally in Mumbai's Shivaji Park, PM Modi said character of Congress is totally opposite to Mumbai as latter is know for honesty and hard work but Grand Old Party is infamous for corruption. Maharashtra assembly elections will take place on November 20 and counting of votes is set for November 23 along with Jharkhand . state is voting on all 288 seats in one single phase. BJP is part of Mahayuti alliance comprising Eknath Shinde 's Shiv Sena and Ajit Pawar 's Nationalist Congress Party, while Congress, Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena and Shar Pawar 's NCP are part of MVA bloc.

1. This is my last public meeting in Maharashtra for this election. I have visited entire Maharashtra during this time... blessings of entire Maharashtra are with Mahayuti.
2. This time I have seen elections of Jharkhand and also elections of Maharashtra. And I was also watching Haryana elections a few days ago. Haryana in a way shattered all plans of Congress and destroyed all ir dreams. Whatever issues he ( Rahul Gandhi ) raised, people of Haryana gave a befitting reply to every issue.  I can say that Congress and Maha Aghi are going to get a tougher reply in Jharkhand and Maharashtra than in Haryana.
3. A large number of women of Mumbai have also benefited from Majhi Lki Behan scheme of Mahayuti government. Most of houses received under PM Awas Yojana are also in name of female members. This has accelerated social and economic empowerment of women.
4. Leers of Maha Vikas Aghi have become slaves to appeasement. leers of Maha Vikas Aghi opposed construction of Ram Temple.

For sake of votes, y used words like 'Bhagwa aatankw'. y disrespect Veer Savarkar. y passed a resolution in J&K for restoration of Article 370...Maha Vikas Aghi always keeps ir party above nation and y have problems with India's progress...y never gave status of classical language to Marathi language.
6. After independence, Congress government was in power at centre for deces and here too for deces. But y did not bor to make any future plans for Mumbai. result was that Mumbai continued to lag behind. character of Congress is exactly opposite to character of Mumbai. character of Mumbai is honesty and hard work.
7. character of Mumbai is urge to move ahe. But character of Congress is corruption. character of Congress is to push country backwards. character of Congress is to create obstacles in development.
8. re is a party in Aghi which has handed over its remote control to Congress which insulted Bala Saheb. That is why I challenged m to get Congress to praise Bala Saheb Thackeray.  To date, se people have not been able to get Congress and 'shehza' of Congress to praise Bala Saheb.
9. Mumbai is a city that believes in connecting people. Unfortunately, Congress and Maha Aghi seem focused on dividing m inste.  People from all communities live in harmony in Mumbai, but Maha Aghi is busy inciting tensions between different castes.
10. Congress's Shahi parivaar harbours animosity towards Dalits, backward classes, and Scheduled Tribes (STs). y seem desperate for power, much like a fish out of water.
