Delhi High Court, on Tuesday, dismissed a petition which sought rectification of errors in a CBSE class 12 sample accountancy paper and fined petitioner Rs 25 lakhs. petition was filed by a professor who h been teaching subject for 26 years.

'Frivolous petition'
petitioner, Ravinder Nath Dubey, stated re were some errors in sample papers published by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). He cited date of examination - March 3 - and thus he asked for immediate removal of questions. If students write se wrong answers in board examinations, examiners may deduct seven-eight marks of students," Dubey said.
