In a significant development in Sushant Singh Rajput death case, BJP leer Dr Subramanian Swamy shared that controversial AIIMS Forensic He Dr Sudhir Gupta, who is heing medical body's investigation into late actor's death, met him on Thursday. senior leer revealed that Dr Sudhir Gupta h apprised him of n-classified forensic findings of SSR case, details of which will be shared by him.

Days after AIIMS medical panel, constituted on request of CBI, began looking into reports of Sushant's death, Republic Media Network h reported that Dr Sudhir Gupta was of view that crime scene h been contaminated or destroyed to a point where it was t fit for forensic evaluation of any sanctity. Last week, Subramanian Swamy wrote a letter to Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health posing a list of five questions that he wanted Dr Sudhir Gupta to answer. This was given a d by Committee Chairman Ramgopal Yav. Dr Sudhir Gupta has maintained a low profile since his selective leaks, while AIIMS and CBI have issued statements making mention of what he h claimed. Sushant's family's lawyer has t ruled out moving court over Dr Gupta's u-turn and has as such sought a fresh panel's constitution in a letter to CBI Director.

  • Wher AIIMS team did a post mortem of Sushant's case or y were only forming an opinion on report done by cooper, it has to be me public for proof?
  • Wher Dr Sudhir Gupta was vised/pressurised by someone to give interviews before media. He did t go to anybody or did a PC but inste went to friendly media?
  • Was re any destruction of evidence? 
  • Overall was re any insufficiency from a medical point of view? 
  • Ministry of Health if considers n matter can be examined by medical team of ministry
