In Sushant Singh Rajput case, AIIMS to release statement on forensic report to CBI

The AIIMS team that worked on the Sushant Singh Rajput case will come out with a statement over the forensic report it had submitted to the CBI, on Saturday.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) team that worked on Sushant Singh Rajput case is set to come out with a statement over report it has submitted to Central Bureau of Investigation. As per sources, team of doctors will be releasing an official statement, that could be about findings of ir analysis, on Saturday.  team’s report, which allegedly did t rule out murder angle, had become a massive talking point before.

AIIMS report brings out lapses by Mumbai Police-Cooper Hospital 

team of AIIMS doctors had analysed port-mortem report submitted by Mumbai Police and photographic evidences in report submitted to CBI. As per sources, report has t ruled out murder angle and has t given a clean chit to anyone yet.

As per sources, AIIMS team has raised lapses in autopsy report by Cooper Hospital, over ligature marks on body. Mumbai Police also passed buck on collection of urine sample and a drug test to forensic team, sources said.

only statement till w had been from Dr Sudhir Gupta Chairman AIIMS' Forensic Medical Board, who had n said, “AIIMS & CBI are in agreement on Sushant Singh Rajput death case but more deliberations are needed. re is a need to look into some legal aspects for a logical legal conclusion.”

CBI, amid rising displeasure over ‘delay’, also had broken its silence with an official statement:

" CBI is conducting investigation related to death of Sh. Sushant Singh Rajput in a systematic and professional way. Certain media reports attributed to CBI investigation are speculative and t based on facts. It is reiterated that as a matter of Policy, CBI does t share details of ongoing investigation. CBI spokesperson or any team member has t shared any details of investigation with media. details being reported and attributed to CBI are t credible. It is requested that media may please confirm details from CBI Spokesperson before quoting CBI.”

Ar ncy involved with case, Enforcement Directorate, that was probing financial irregularity charges against Rhea Chakraborty has t shared any update recently. On or hand, spotlight has turned to Narcotics Control Bureau, as it arrested Rhea, her bror Showik and Sushant’s staff Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda for ir alleged involvement in a drug case, while Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, among ors, too were questioned.
