Kangana Ranaut vs Shiv Sena battle that started on Twitter has w reached court amid high drama. After demolition of former’s property in Bandra by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and proceedings over it underway in Bombay High Court, actor made ar big allegation. Kangana claimed that BMC had threatened to demolish homes of her neighbours, seemingly hinting about her or property in Khar, if y support her.

Kangana Ranaut alleges BMC tices to neighbours 

Taking to Twitter, Kangana claimed that BMC threatened her neighbours to socially isolate her, and warned m of demolition of ir houses if y supported her. 'Gangster' star claimed that w BMC had served tices to m. She urged BMC to ‘spare ir houses’ as y had t said anything against government.

As per sources, it was earlier reported that BMC had sought to demolish her residence in Khar as well, and had even approached a civil court on September 9, day it demolished a portion of Kangana’s office in Bandra citing ‘illegal alterations.’

actor n approached High Court, which had stayed demolition, seeking Rs 2 crore compensation for dam, while BMC stuck to ir guns about ‘illegality’ in affidavit.

Bombay HC recently admonished Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut for his use of a cuss word against Kangana.

"Even we don't agree with a word of what petitioner (Ranaut) has said. But is this way to address?" court said. "We are also Maharashtrians. We are all proud Maharashtrians. But we don't go and break someone's house. Is this way to react? Don't you have any grace?" asked a division bench of Justices S J Kathawalla and R I Chagla.

court also sensed ‘something fishy’ going on in matter of demolitions during hearing. hearing in case has been adjourned to October  5.
