"Process followed": Law Minister slams Cong for politicising Justice Muralidhar's transfer

Slamming Congress party, for politicising "routine transfer" of Justice S Muralidhar of Delhi High Court, law minister has said that grand old party has displayed "scant regard for judiciary." Taking to Twitter on Thursday, he said that people of India have rejected Congress Party and refore party is "hell-bent on destroying institutions India cherishes". He has clarifies that BJP government at centre respects independence of judiciary. Bringing in Energency era, he said that "record of Congress in compromising independence of judiciary, superseding judges even of Supreme Court" is kwn to all. He n clarified on process of Justice Muralidhar's transfer.

Speaking about Loya case, law minister said: " Loya judgement has been well settled by Supreme Court. Those raising questions do t respect judgment of Apex Court prounced after elaborate arguments. Does Rahul Gandhi consider himself above even Supreme Court?"
Slamming grand old party furrmore, Pras said that it is private property of one family and refore it has right to lecture about "objectionable speeches". He accused Gandhi family and party for using "harshest words against Courts, Army, CAG, PM and people of India."

Congress' accusation
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Vra alleged this was “government’s attempt to muzzle justice”, and former party president Rahul Gandhi, has compared it to Justice Loya case. Party MP Gaurav Gogoi has also claimed that this move was orchestrated by Prime Minister’s Office. Congress party also held a press conference accusing BJP of meddling with judiciary.

Justice Muralidhar transferred
President Ram Nath Kovind on Wednesday night approved transfer of Justice S Muralidhar of Delhi High Court to Punjab and Haryana High Court. collegium, heed by Chief Justice of India SA Bobde, in a meeting on February 12, recommended transfer Muralidhar, Justice Ranjit V More and Justice Ravi Vijayakumar Malimath. However, approval by President on Wednesday raised questions as it happened on day when Justice Muralidhar pulled up Delhi police for n-registration of FIRs against BJP leers giving provocative speeches allegedly leing to violence in national capital. However, a close examination of facts paints a different picture.
