Navi Mumbai Crime: Teen Boy Arrested For Raping, Impregnating Elder Sister After Both Watch Porn

Navi Mumbai: In a shocking and disgraceful incident in Panvel, a 13-year-old boy was held for raping and impregnating his 15-year-old elder sister. 

Vashi police registered a case on Saturday after a Medico-Legal Case (MLC) was reported from Vashi General Hospital, where teenage girl and her parents visited for termination of her pregnancy. girl was three months pregnant.

A case of rape has been registered under Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

Siblings Watched Porn Toger, Leing to Crime

According to victim's statement to police, as reported in media, siblings h watched porn toger in December 2023, and decided to ‘try’ what y saw. Both reportedly refrained from incest. 

But in January 2024, as per victim, her younger bror raped her. She informed her mor after she missed her periods, after which her parents took her to hospital.

two teenage children come from a low-income family, and parents work in housekeeping. incident occurred when couple was away for work and children were at home. far h reportedly been working overtime for odd jobs.

According to police, boy would be produced before Child Welfare Commission for furr course of action. Khandeshwar police is now handling case.
