Three promoters of Ram Dev International, recently booked by CBI for allegedly cheating a consortium of six banks to tune of Rs 411 crore, have alrey fled country before State Bank of India reached ncy with complaint, officials said on Saturday. CBI h recently booked company engd in export of Basmati rice to West Asian and European countries and its directors Naresh Kumar, Suresh Kumar and Sangita on basis of a complaint from State Bank of India (SBI), which suffered loss of more than Rs 173 crore, y said.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did t carry out any searches in matter because of coronavirus-induced lockdown, officials said. ncy will start process of summoning accused, in case y do t join investigation, appropriate legal action will be initiated, y said.
