Sushant case: CBI tightlipped on AIIMS' 'conclusive findings'; forensic in 'opinion' form

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has maintained silence on the findings stated in the AIIMS report & will take them as opinions in their probe.

Republic TV has accessed details of All India Institute Of Medical Science (AIIMS) report on actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death which suggests that traces of organic poisoning was found in actor's body. In addition, clean chit has been given to stakeholders in case including Mumbai Police and Mumbai's Cooper Hospital where late actor's post-mortem was conducted, and angle in his death has been ruled out, including murder angle which is being alleged backed on evidence and testimonies contrary to purported 'suicide ory'. As per sources, se conclusive findings by medical body are t contrary to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) reports after ir recently concluded first leg of investigation in case.

While sources claim that CBI is tightlipped about details revealed in AIIMS reports, it has been informed that CBI considers se medical findings as 'opinions' on which y are likely to base rest of ir investigation. CBI has maintained that " angles have been ruled out" and has reassured through a statement on Monday that investigation is being conducted in a professional manner. According to sources, Joint Director and Additional Director of CBI held a meeting in Mumbai on Monday where y examined conclusive reports submitted by AIIMS and will proceed to chart out ir future course of action.

As per sources, second leg of CBI investigation is likely to commence later this week after taking into consideration conclusive findings of AIIMS report. CBI is expected to map out ir future plan of action within this week. y are also likely to re-examine Dipesh Sawant, Sidharth Pithani, and all of Sushant's staff that was present in house on morning of June 14 when actor was found dead in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. Furr, while true scope and findings of AIIMS report are awaited, CBI sources have said that forensic team's findings are more in form of an opinion.
