Sushant case: Dr. Swamy reveals options if PM doesn't respond to letter over AIIMS report
BJP MP Subramanian Swamy said he can file a PIL if PM Modi doesn't respond to his letter over re-examining the review of AIIMS report on Sushant Singh autopsy.

Two days after writing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has said on Thursday if he doesn't get a reply from PM over revisiting review of Dr. Sudhir Gupta Special Committee findings on Sushant Singh Rajput’s post mortem report, he still has option to file a PIL over same. Swamy took to Twitter to apprise about legal recourse he can exercise.
Swamy's letter to Prime Minister Modi
This comes after he wrote PM Modi on Tuesday to seek a review on Sushant Singh Rajput's AIIMS report by Dr. Sudhir Gupta's team. Swamy in his letter to prime minister demanded that Medical Board of Health Ministry should scrutinize AIIMS report on post-mortem of Sushant Singh Rajput.

" doctors of Cooper Hospital in Mumbai conducted an autopsy on body of Sushant Singh Rajput and concluded death was suicide, despite many lapses and irregularities. Mumbai Police was also complicit in matter," letter by Swamy re.
"In its report (By AIIMS), Special Committee detailed several lapses in conduct of post mortem. Yet it agreed with findings of doctors of Cooper Hospital," letter ded.

Swamy also highlighted irregularities in conduct of AIIMS report while sending report to CBI, alleging that medical team of AIIMS did t follow needed protocols while sending report to CBI. "Hence to restore confidence of public on this justifiably highly emotive and sensitive subject, viz mysterious death of cine actor Sushant Singh Rajput, you may please consider directing Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to ask Medical Board of Ministry to scrutinise Report of Special Committee for Review of post mortem, and reafter to take appropriate steps to restore public confidence. Standing Committee of Parliament for Health and Family Welfare could also hold in-camera hearings of a small sub-committee, if you approve," letter to prime minister re furr.

Earlier in July too, Swamy h approached PM Modi and alleged that Sushant's death was a case of murder and t a mere suicide as what was being portrayed after mysterious death of actor on June 14.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s family has also written to Central Bureau of Investigation, seeking a fresh forensic to probe death, after controversial U-turn of Dr. Sudhir Gupta. doctor, who hes panel of AIIMS Hospital that submitted forensic report to CBI, came under flak for allegedly ruling out suicide, after initially claiming that it was ‘forensically unsuitable’ for examination. After public outr over AIIMS report which ruled out possibility of murder and speculative reports of CBI arriving at conclusion, Central ncy issued a statement stating that investigation is t completed yet and possibility of murder is t ruled out.
