Three minor boys stab man to death, set body on fire to avenge sexual assaults on them in Delhi

Three minor boys allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old man to death and set his de body on fire, as deceased used to sexually assault one of m for past some time. sensational incident took place in Souast Delhi’s Nizamuddin area, from where half burnt body of deceased has been recovered.

After revelation of truth by juveniles mselves, Hazrat Nizamuddin police reached spot at Khusro Park and recovered de body. Furr, body has been sent for postmortem and all three minor boys have been apprehended.

Deceased was a proclaimed offender of Hazrat Nizamuddin police station

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Souast Delhi), Rajesh Deo identified deceased as Az (25), a resident of Nizam Nagar Basti Nizamuddin. He was a proclaimed offender of Hazrat Nizamuddin police station.

According to police, deceased allegedly used to sexually assault one of accused, following which he along with his two minor friends planned to kill him. All accused in case are of age group 16 and 17.

Briefing about incident, DCP stated, “On December 23, at 9.28 pm, an information was received at police station regarding apprehension of three suspects by He Constable Ramkesh and or police personnel. Sub-Inspector Pankaj immediately reached re, where upon inquiry suspects, who were all residents of Nizamuddin Basti, disclosed that y h murdered a man namely Az and his de body was lying in Khusro Park.”

“Upon ir confession, police team reached at spot with alleged minor and a half burnt de body was found lying in Khusro park. Furr crime team inspected scene of crime and de body was preserved at AIIMS,” DCP Deo said.

Accordingly a case under relevant sections was registered and Child in Conflict with Law (CCL) were formally apprehended by police.

Revelation

During interrogation, a CCL revealed that on December 21 at about 10 PM, y h murdered Az because Az tried to sexually assault him on various occasions. In order to take revenge, y brutally assaulted deceased and killed him. Later, in order to destroy identity of deceased, y also tried to burn de body with help of dry grass and clos.

Furr investigation into matter is being carried out.
