DCW rescues 13-year-old girl from kidnapper's clutches

In a commendable display of swift action and determination, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) successfully orchestrated rescue of a 13-year-old girl from clutches of her kidnapper in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Presh. heart-wrenching incident unfolded when girl was kidnapped near her school in Fatehpur Beri area of Delhi on July 21, 2021.
