E-auction for Penthouses, Super HIG, HIG, and MIG Categories
The apartments in the first two schemes were allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Meanwhile, the e-auction is for penthouses, super HIG, HIG, and MIG categories in various sectors of Dwarka.

As per a circular issued by the DDA, the biding for the flats will be conducted on September 24, 25 and 26 from 11am to noon and then from 3 to 4 pm. Initially, the e-auction process will be set for an hour but the bidding process will automatically be extended by 5 minutes if any higher bid is placed in the last 5 minutes. This process will be continued for a maximum of 20 times. So, any auction can go for a maximum period of 2 hours and 40 minutes," read the circular.
2,000 Applicants for 173 Flats in Dwarka
There are 2,000 applicants for 173 flats in Dwarka so it is likely that the flats will be sold out easily. There is anticipation of rise in sales during Navaratri for flats in the Sasta and Madhyama schemes.
So far, approximately 1,700 out of the 8,967 DDA flats offered under last two schemes and categories have been sold so far. The DDA successfully sold all its falts in Jasola and Rohni on the first-come, first-serve basis.
