In an attempt to stop furr spread of vel coronavirus in Capital, Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Manment Committee (DSGMC) will distribute protective masks free of cost as a precautionary measure.  masks will be distributed through gurudwaras in city mand by DSGMC, informed chairman Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Saturday.

Around 10,000 masks will be first distributed in national capital as a preventive method, Sirsa said. He furr added that committee decided to distribute se free masks as re is a rising demand for masks and most of people are unable to get masks due to its prices.

Sirsa also said that all gurudwaras have been asked to take proactive steps to regularly clean and sanitize ir premises to prevent any respiratory illnesses. Frequent handwashing with soap will be promoted by DSGMC among visitors of gurudwaras, Sirsa added.

Coronavirus spread in New Delhi

On Sunday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed that capital has reported three more positive cases of vel Coronavirus and one suspected case. total number of positive cases reported in region has w touched 19. In a press briefing, CM Kejriwal informed that first patient came in contact with 105 people, while second patient came in contact with 168 people and third patient came in contact with 64 people. All se people have been quarantined and ir blood samples were taken for examination.

briefing headed by Delhi Chief Minister also discussed various precautionary measures taken by government to combat deadly virus spread in capital. He said that Delhi is ready to tackle situation and will start spreading awareness about COVID-19 through various advertisements. Kejriwal furr added that task force meeting was held on Coronavirus and y have isolated all people who have come in contact with positive cases.
