Delhi HC directs AAP Govt to decide on imposition of night curfews to contain COVID-19
The Delhi High Court has instructed the AAP government to take a decision on imposing a night curfew, in a bid to contain the virus spread.

As COVID-19 situation in national capital continues to remain grim, Delhi High Court has instructed AAP government to take a decision on imposing a night curfew, in a bid to contain virus spre. High Court has also directed Arvind Kejriwal-led government to opt measures needed to contain COVID without losing furr time. High Courts directive came after government apprised it that ministration is 'actively considering' proposal of implementing night or weekend curfews after Centre's latest visory.
Delhi government also submitted that around 40,000 samples through RT-PCR testing kits were collected on Wednesday. court also asserted that re is a need for a protocol to be established to eng market associations and Residents Welfare Associations (RWAs) for better implementation of COVID directions on ground. It also instructed that State ministration to appraise court regarding utilisation of fines collected. total number of COVID-19 cases in Delhi has reached 38287 while number of fatalities has reached 8,720.

"Please show us how money collected through fines are being utilised. You must explore option of online payment of se fees. This money can be used for strengning your strategy of curbing spre of virus," High Court told Delhi government.
