A netizen filmed entire incident, in which elderly man can be seen stealing and n running away.

video was originally uploed on Facebook p ‘Alwayz Dil Se’ on October 10, and was later shared on Twitter. In video, man dressed in formals can be seen throwing away mud along with plants out of pots and cleverly shoving m inside his bag pack. As soon as passer-by calls man out, elderly man tices that he is being filmed and quickly runs away.

Many Twitter users shared video and commented criticizing man, while some people expressed ir anger and urged authorities to identify culprit as soon as possible and make him apologize.

In a follow-up video, shot again by Facebook user Dikshit Sharma, who captured original viral clip of man stealing plastic pots from vertical garden, shows elderly man apologising for act and promising to return pots.

However, this is t first time such an incident has taken place - re are previous reports of people stealing plants from vertical garden, leaving empty pots behind.
New Delhi Municipal Corporation initiated planting plan and installed vertical gardens across city to deal with pollution and to improve air quality. initiative was also taken to beautify city simultaneously. Though this viral video does t ascertain identity of person or location, enrd netizens have been seeking Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s intervention over matter.
