Viral: India won the final match of the T20 World Cup 2024 over South Africa by 7 runs at the Kensington Oval, Barbados, on Saturday, securing their first ICC title in 11 years.

The entire nation celebrated the world cup win, crediting Suryakumar for his stunning catch and presence of mind near the boundary ropes, which sealed the victory for India.

Every Indian took to social media to celebrate the World Cup win, expressing their love and respect for the 'Men in Blue'.

Delhi Police also joined the celebrations. Delhi police shared the post on X congratulating the Indian Cricket Team, but with a road safety message.

In the post, the Delhi Police wrote, “We all waited 16 years, 9 months, 5 days (52,70,40,000 seconds) for India to win another T20 World Cup.” “Let’s be a little patient at traffic signals too. Good moments are worth the wait. What do you say?” Delhi police added in the post.
