"We started this pilot project on 2nd of September in which since beginning we targetted four schools of Leh and it's adjoining areas. The variation of number of students in this project is really high. In this project, trained faculties get connected with students sitting in their classes in Leh via internet and take their classes of different subjects."
"Students have shown a keen interest in this, initially students were quite skeptical but now they are really interested as they are getting a lot of exposure. We have noticed a significant improvement in students. Not even a single student miss our classes, today we also feel satisfied that we launched a pilot project and students responded positively," added Saeed Azam Hussain.

BJP lauds the initiative
While reacting on this initiative, BJP said it's one of the most welcoming initiative taken by Ladakh MP.
"This is one of the most welcome steps, when a Member of Parliament is himself taking such an initiative where he is asking people of other states to help children of his constituency. This is in the betterment of Ladakhi's, this will help students to make better citizens and make them qualified to compete with others. Before abrogation of article 370, one would go to state government for doing this and it was on state government weather they would give consent for this or not and now when it's union territory, MP is taking decisions," said BJP leader RP Singh.
