Facebook has contested in its plea that Delhi Assembly's committee does t have authority to compel him to appear before it as re was alrey a parliamentary panel probing into issue. Representing Delhi government's committee, Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi argued that Mohan was being summoned only as a witness and coercive actions were taken against him. He furr reminded Court that Mohan was summoned at 3 PM by committee and assured he will file an affidavit dressing all issues.
