Fire Breaks Out at Abandoned Company in Noida Sector 2

Noida (UP): A massive fire broke out at an abandoned company's office in Noida Sector 2 on Monday, however, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. 

A total of four fire tenders arrived at the spot to douse the fire. 

According to Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Kumar, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. 

“In Noida Sector 2, fire was reported at an abandoned company that was sealed by Noida Authority 6-8 months back. Fire service vehicles immediately rushed to the spot. 4 fire tenders reached here and fire was doused. The cause of the fire will have to be ascertained. The reasons are not clear yet,” he said. 

The official further added that there have been no loss of lives, nobody is trapped here. 

Earlier, around 50 people were evacuated from Logix Mall in Noida’s Sector 32 on Friday morning after a fire broke out in one of the shops located in the mall. 

A total of 10 fire tenders were used to control the blaze. Officials said that no one was injured in the incident.
