Gurugram Accident: Biker Hits Car Coming from the Wrong Side, Loses Life

A 23-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a wrong-way collision on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The entire accident video captured on a fellow biker's camera.

Gurugram: A young motorcyclist, Akshat Garg, lost his life in a devastating road accident on Sunday night. The incident occurred when Garg's bike collided head-on with a Mahindra SUV coming from in the wrong direction. 

Despite efforts to save him by fellow bikers, Garg succumbed to his severe injuries.

According to an eyewitness and friend of the victim, the accident took place on a high-speed lane. Fellow biker alleges that the accused driver, was driving recklessly and in the wrong direction, leading to the fatal collision.

On Sunday, a 23-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a wrong-way collision on Golf Course Road Gurugram. The incident was captured by his friend's bike's Go Pro camera. 

An FIR has been filed against the SUV owner who was coming from the wrong side, accusing him of negligence and causing the death young man.

The Gurugram police have registered an FIR against Kuldeep Thakur under various charges, including causing death by negligence, negligent driving. Following the accident, Thakur was arrested but was later released on bail.

Akshat Garg's Mother Demands Justice for his Son

Gurugram bike accident victim's mother questions accused's bail. Akshat's mother has questioned the accused's quick bail, despite the fact that they had evidence and driver has a history of traffic offences.

The horrific car and bike accident in Gurgaon, where a biker lost his life because an SUV was driving on the wrong side, has been caught on camera. The victim's mother is also demanding justice for his son.

The video purports to show Garg riding his motorcycle at high speed. He is seen taking a slight turn when the Mahindra XUV 3XO suddenly appears from the wrong side and collides head-on with his motorcycle.

The high-speed collision threw Garg off his motorcycle and wrecked the front of the SUV.

SHO Kumar said an FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint by one Pradhuman, a friend of the victim, under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Garg's body was handed over to his kin after a post-mortem.
