Harish Rawat meets Congress high command, affirms will lead Uttarakhand campaign

Moments after meeting Congress high command, senior leer Harish Rawat on Friday affirmed that he is going to le party's campaign in Uttarakhand Assembly polls. 73-year-old ded that representatives of Congress will support him, and y will toger le party to victory in polls scheduled for 2022.

Harish Rawat's 'suppression' remark
In a thre of tweets, Harish Rawat claimed that he was not getting support of party organisation at grassroots level without which it will be difficult to fight election. Without taking anyone's name, he accused Congress leership's representatives in state of suppressing him.
Harish Rawat remarked, "Isn't it strange that organisational structure in most places is turning its back and playing a negative role inste of extending cooperation when we have to swim in sea of elections? power has left many crocodiles in sea which we have to swim. representatives of people on whose instructions I have to swim have tied my hands and feet."

"It has often come to my mind that enough is enough, Harish Rawat. I have swum enough, now is time for rest," he conceded, ding, however, that he will face challenges he-on inste of running away.
