Haryana Horror: Civil Services Officer Accused of Forcing Dalit Worker Into Sexual Acts at Gunpoint

Chandigarh: A Dalit contractual worker at Haryana 's public health department has charged a state civil services officer of sexually exploiting him at gunpoint, with police on Thursday saying y have asked complainant to record his statement.

worker has also accused officer of making casteist remarks. According to police officials, y received complaint by post.

man told reporters on Thursday that alleged incident occurred in Hisar district and said that he has sent a copy of his complaint to police, National Human Rights Commission, and chief justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Claiming that HCS officer got him recruited as a peon on a contractual basis, man said, "He used to call me for masss at his official residence. When he started doing wrong things, I refused several times, but he used to carry a pistol and threaten to sack me.

"Later, I filmed a video of this exploitation to gar evidence. I stopped going re, deciding to eir die or lodge a complaint against him. I am a cardiac patient," contractual worker claimed, ding that this h been going on for past six months.

" officer used to get masss from worker at driver's room in his official residence, but he started doing wrong things during process," he alleged.

Meanwhile, Hisar's Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan on Thursday said y h received complaint by post.

"We have called him to record his statement," SP said.
