Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday directed the concerned officials to hold "Samadhan Shivirs" in the municipal bodies starting October 22.

Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has directed officials to organize "Samhan Shivirs" in municipal bodies starting October 22 to dress public concerns. decision was me during a meeting with Urban Local Bodies and Development and Panchayats Department to review ongoing development projects across state.

In meeting held at chief minister's official residence, Saini stressed importance of prioritizing people’s welfare. "During Samhan Shivirs, all officials will be available in ir respective offices from 9 am to 11 am to dress public concerns," he said, according to an official statement.

CM also instructed officials to create a development action plan that aligns with state's future needs. He emphasized importance of promptly dressing public issues, encouraging officials to actively listen to citizens.

Saini reviewed ongoing work of Development and Panchayats Department and urged officials to expedite stalled projects. He is set to review status of development projects again in a meeting with municipal commissioners in Chandigarh on October 24.
