A bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice C Hari Shankar issued tice to Ministry of Health and Delhi government seeking ir replies on public interest litigation (PIL) filed by an advocate.

petition, by lawyer Triveni Potekar, seeks directions to Centre and Delhi government to make available important and relevant information on access to and availability of medical facilities for testing and treatment for coronavirus disease.

According to Union health ministry, re are 50 confirmed cases of coronavirus in country.
