He h arrived in temple town of Tirupati in evening. Andhra Presh chief minister, Goverr E S L Narasimhan, Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy and ors received prime minister at Tirupati airport at Renigunta after he landed from Colombo.

Prime Minister later went to Electronics Park in Renigunta to dress a thanksgiving meeting organised by BJP. He is scheduled to depart for New Delhi at 8.15 PM.

Prior to his visit to Andhra Presh, PM Modi h gone to Sri Lanka. visit reflected  importance India attaches to its 'Neighbourhood First' policy. On Saturday he was in Maldives and dressed a speech in Maldivian Parliament.

Prime Minister's visit to two neighbouring countries demonstrates priority that India attaches to SAGAR (Security and Growth for All in Region) doctrine.
