In Sushant case, Ishkaran makes key request to CBI after AIIMS' Dr Gupta's leak disowned
After CBI & AIIMS both disowned selective leaks by Dr Sudhir Gupta, Adv Ishkaran Bhandari has said that the CBI should look into the motivation of leaks

In Sushant Singh Rajput death case, both Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Monday dismissed selective leaks by Dr Sudhir Gupta wherein he had claimed "Sushant's death is a case of suicide and murder angle has been completely ruled out." Reacting to this, advocate Ishkaran Singh Bhandari on Tuesday repeated what CBI has said which is that investigation is continuing on all aspects and demanded that investigating ncy "should look into motivation of leaks."

Taking to Twitter, Ishkaran wrote, "CBI has disowned & so has AIIMS selective leaks by Dr Sudhir Gupta. investigation is continuing on all aspects, CBI should look into motivation of leaks."

On Monday, Ishkaran Bhandari requested BJP MP Dr Subramanian Swamy to take cognizance of matter as a member of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health. Ishkaran also requested Dr Swamy to summon concerned officials of AIIMS in Sushant Singh Rajput case, which latter said he has recommended.
After Republic Media Network's revelations, CBI confirmed that probe into actor Sushant Singh Rajput is still ongoing and that all aspects of investigation are being looked into meticulously, including homicide angle. AIIMS also issued a statement that it has submitted expert opinion report on Rajput's post-mortem to CBI directly. Affirming that it is a legal matter, AIIMS said that any inputs on report by Medical board must be obtained by CBI. mention was made that in any way corroborated what Dr Sudhir Gupta had claimed in his selective leaks.

AIIMS puts onus on CBI
"A Medical Board was constituted by Dr Sudhir K Gupta, Professor & Head, Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, AIIMS, New Delhi as per request received by him from CBI for providing expert opinion in case relating to death of Sushant Singh Rajput. medical board has submitted report directly to CBI as required. Being a legal matter, any inputs on report submitted by Medical Board would have to be obtained from CBI," read AIIMS statement.

Various media outlets have concluded that Sushant had committed suicide based on what has selectively been 'ufficially' told to m. se ufficial leaks come after AIIMS team on September 28 submitted its report, based on its analysis of Mumbai police's post-mortem and autopsy report which included photographic evidence.
