Amid tensions along Line of Actual Control (LAC), disengagement at multiple points in Eastern Lakh was seen on Tuesday.  Earlier it was stated that Indian and Chinese officials will continue to remain engaged through established military and diplomatic channels to dress current situation in India-China border areas. 

talks between two armies are going to be held this week at multiple locations including Patroling point 14 (Galwan area), Patrolling point 15, and Hot Springs area, top government sources told ANI. 

sources said to reciprocate Chinese disengagement, Indian side also brought back some of its troops and vehicles from se areas. Sources said talks are being held on se points at battalion commander level and y have h hotline talks with ir counterparts.

June 6 talks were very positive and both countries have agreed to continue talks to resolve ongoing tussle" while assuring country that "leership of country is in strong hands and we will not compromise on India's pride and self-respect." issue started early last month when Chinese started building up militarily along Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Lakh and started deploying troops at multiple locations along LAC including Finger area, Pangong Tso Lake, and Galwan valley.

Indian Military Team Rey For Talks With China In Next Few Days

Earlier in day,  members of Indian military team are in Chushul preparing for talks with China which are likely to be held in next few days. This comes a few days after Corps Commander level talks were held in Moldo on Sunday between two nation.

team has been provided with directions and instructions from Army hequarters and government officials to help in resolution of matter which has entered its second month now.
