In a swift operation, Indian Coast Guard Ship Rajdoot rescued eight crew of distressed IFB Ajmeer-I (IND-KA-02-MM-4882) 10 NM west of Kundapura on 20 March which h a major flooding at sea.

Supreme Court on Wednesday (March 20) granted interim bail to Hyderab-based businessman Abhishek Boinpally, accused in a money laundering case related to Delhi liquor policy, for four weeks.

A bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta passed interim order while hearing Boinpally's Special Leave Petition filed against judgment delivered by Delhi High Court in July 2023 denying him bail.
bench will hear matter next on April 29.

Tension prevailed in a locality in Rajasthan's Chittorgarh where stone pelting allegedly occurred on a religious procession on Tuesday night, leaving around a dozen people injured, officials said.
