Congress leer Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said India should be preparing itself t just for fighting vel coronavirus but also for an ecomic devastation that is coming.

He, while dressing media in Parliament complex, also said it was an "insult" to people of Tamil Nu that MPs were t allowed to ask questions on regional langu issue.

"India should be preparing itself t just for coronavirus, but for ecomic devastation that is coming. Our people are going to go through unimaginable pain in next six months," Gandhi said.

Opposition members, including from DMK, Congress and NCP, on Tuesday walked out of

Lok Sabha claiming y were t allowed to ask supplementary questions during Question Hour.

Some Opposition members stood up in protest when Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai was replying to a question related to official langu.

" people have right to defend, believe and speak in ir langu. You can take away my right but t rights of people of Tamil Nu to ask a question in house," he said.
