On the 10th International Day of Yoga, Indian Army officers showcased their commitment to health and wellness by participating in a series of yoga sessions across various locations. The International Day of Yoga is celebrated across the globe and this year Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed yoga at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre in Jammu and Kashmir.

This year's theme, "Yoga for Self and Society," resonated deeply with the spirit of the Indian Army, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical well-being in fostering unity and resilience.

From the icy heights of Siachen Glacier to the desert of Rajasthan, soldiers performed asanas and pranayama, illustrating the universal appeal of yoga. The event not only highlighted the Army's dedication to holistic health but also their role as ambassadors of India's rich cultural heritage.
