Indian Railways helps son find his mother after train's 12-hour delay

Indian Railways helped Sashwat locate his mor after he was unable to find her aboard Ajmer Sealdah Express train on September 30. young man was unable to contact his mor after she got on board train, which led him to tweet Indian Railways and ask for help. He also tagged Railway Minister Piyush Goyal, saying he was unable to talk to her and wanted to kw if she was okay.
Railways' prompt response
In a prompt response that came in just a few minutes after he posted tweet, from Indian Railways Seva, Sashwat was asked for his mor's PNR and contact number. Seva furr asked him for ditional logistics to help find his mor quickly. request was n forwarded to Divisional Railway Manr, Asansol in West Bengal.

Mor-son connected
After request was forwarded, DRM Asansol, through ticket checker, helped mor talk to her son. Sashwat, while thanking Indian Railways, also confirmed through a tweet that he was able to talk to his mor.
