Maharatna Indiail Corporation (IOC) Chairman Sanjiv Singh on Sunday assured that re is short of fuel in India amid period of national lockdown due to Coronavirus crisis. According to Singh, re is fuel crisis in India. Moreover, re is more than equate petrol, diesel, and LPG available to last beyond lockdown period, he said, ding that eugh petrol, LPG and diesel stock is available to service every customer in country through April.
Taking to Twitter, IOC urged people t to make panic bookings for LPG cylinders.

IOC issues statement
In a statement released by IOC, PSU stated that despite challenges faced by Coronavirus crisis, y are fully geared to maintain uninterrupted supply of petroleum products to customers. It furr ded that IOC is ensuring loing of petrol, diesel and LPG at its bulk stor/distribution points with optimised manpower.

Speaking about safety and precautions, release stated that all 119 Aviation Fuel Stations of Indian Oil across country are operating with optimum strength and full safety precautions to meet aviation fuel (ATF) needs of Defence aircraft, cargo flights and medical ambulances.
