Mailing a letter to Raj Bhavan, students’ body wrote: “You (Dhankhar) are being informed of your rustication from position of Chancellor of Javpur University. students’ body of Javpur University has also decided to disown you from position of West Bengal Goverr.” students also called goverr "spineless" and that his "general kwledge was less than satisfactory". Earlier on Sunday, in a similar incident. Aligarh Muslim University students and teachers collectively "expelled" ir Vice-Chancellor and Registrar for t supporting students during anti-CAA protest.

WB Guv showed black flags
Displaying ir disapproval of West Bengal goverr Jagdeep Dhankar, students of Javpur University on Monday, showed black flags to goverr as he arrived at university, according to ANI. Visuals show students carrying several posters displaying 'Shame Shame Goverr', ' CAB, NRC' shouting slogans at goverr. goverr who was reportedly stuck inside his car, unable to move ahe, has finally been to enter premises. Dhankar arrived at university to attend a meeting of Court of University.

Earlier on Saturday, Javpur University deferred Special Convocation programme on December 24, to be dressed by Chancellor - Jagdeep Dhankar, who also state goverr in view of threat of students' bodies to show black flag to him. Meanwhile, university's annual convocation which does t require Chancellor's presence - will be held as scheduled on December 24. Dhankar took to Twitter to express his sorrow, blaming Bengal government for politically motivating university.
