Jain monk murder: Killers electrocuted & strangled him, later chopped body into pieces
Both the accused, Narayan Mali and Hassan Dalayath, were produced before the court on Tuesday, which sent them to 7-day police custody.

Sources say that a case has been registered against accused under Sections 201 and 302 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). FIR registered in matter stated that accused first tried to electrocute Jain monk. But when y found him alive, y strangled him with a towel. After ensuring that monk was de, y carried de body on a bike about 35 km away, chopped body into pieces and disposed m off in an open borewell. Furr in order to destroy evidence, y burnt blood soaked clos of deceased.
