JJP chief Dushyant's father Ajay Chautala granted furlough from Tihar

Ajay Chautala, father of JJP leader Dushyant Chautala, has been granted furlough from Tihar jail for two weeks on Saturday.

Ajay Chautala, father of JJP chief Dushyant Chautala, has been granted furlough from Tihar jail for two weeks on Saturday. He will be out by Saturday evening or Sunday morning. The development took place when was on its way to stake claim to form government in Haryana with the support of JJP and six Independent MLAs.

BJP stakes claim to form government

The BJP staked claim to form the government in Haryana on Saturday. Leader Manohar Lal Khattar met Governor of Haryana Satyadev Narayan Arya. JJP leader Dushyant Chautala gave his letter of support to Governor. The BJP is forming the government with the support of JJP which has ten MLAs and the Independent MLAs. The BJP had won forty seats in Haryana assembly polls.

Dushyant Chautala to be Deputy CM

Dushyant Chautala will be the Deputy chief minister of Haryana. He will be taking oath on Sunday at 1:15 pm. Khattar will be swearing-in as the chief minister on Sunday.

BJP to not take Gopal Kanda's support

Ravi Shankar Prasad on Saturday confirmed that the BJP would not be taking the support of Gopal Kanda. The party had faced backlash from Opposition and was also questioned by its leader Uma Bharti over the move take Kanda's support to form government. Kanda is out on bail in criminal charges including in a case of abetting suicide of an airhostess.
