Journalist hacked to death by gang in Andhra Pradesh

A journalist was hacked to death by unidentified men in the S Annavaram village of Andhra Pradesh; the local Police are investigating the case from all angles

A 45-year-old reporter of a Telugu daily has been hacked to death by an unidentified gang in East Godavari district, police said. K Satyanarayana, a reporter of Andhra Jyothy, died on spot while assailants fled after committing crime at S Annavaram vill on Tuesday night, y said. An official release said Director-General of Police Gautam Sawang directed East Godavari district Superintendent of Police nan Nayeem Asmi to personally visit scene of offence and unearth facts.

DGP instructed SP to bring culprits to book immediately, release ded. "We will investigate case from all angles," a senior police official said.
