Joyride Turns Tragic for UP Girl, Hair Gets Caught in Ferris Wheel, Ripping Off Entire Scalp

New Delhi: A joyride turned tragic for a teen girl in Kannauj, Uttar Presh after her hair got tangled in roller of a swing, resulting in complete tearing off of her scalp.

A chilling video of accident has also emerged showing girl's scalp and hair hanging from swing's rod, while bystanders scrambled to stop Ferris wheel.

video, which went viral on social media on Monday, showed that her entire scalp was detached by time swing came to a halt, leaving her critically injured.

accident took place during a fair in Mhonagar vill in Talgram police station area of Kannauj on Saturday evening, where victim, 13-year-old Anurha Karia, was left bleeding profusely from her he before she collapsed at scene.

Her family immediately took her to a nearby private hospital in Gursahaiganj. As her condition deteriorated, she was n moved to PGI in Luckw for vanced care.

A similar incident occurred in 2022 when a day of amusement turned tragic at an amusement park in Mohali, Punjab .
