JP Nadda reviews AIIMS construction in Bilaspur during Dussehra
JP Nadda on the occasion of Dussehra assured the people of Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh that the construction of AIIMS Hospital would be completed soon.

The National Working President of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rajya Sabha MP, Jagat Prakash Nadda, on the occasion of Dussehra, assured the people of Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh that the construction of AIIMS Hospital would be completed soon. He also posted pictures of the ongoing work at the AIIMS medical college and hospital in Bilaspur. JP Nadda along with MLAs including Subhash Thakur, Rajinder Garg, and others reviewed the progress of AIIMS. Apart from this Nadda also attended the ‘Durga Visarjan’ (immersion) program in the city.

The BJP working president told ANI that “On the occasion of Vijaya Dashami, I would like to assure people that AIIMS hospital will soon come up here. We discussed to quality and progress work of the AIIMS hospital which will be set up here. I am satisfied with the progress of the work that is being carried out to set up the hospital. The Outpatient Department (OPD) block is almost ready and even the finishing work of the PG hostel building is underway. The structure of the administrative block is also ready”.

JP Nadda also took to Twitter to share some pictures of him inspecting the ongoing work. Subhash Thakur, Rajinder Garg, and others were also seen with him in the pictures. He said, “Inspected the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, being built in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. #AIIMS Bilaspur will provide excellent health facilities to the people of Himachal Pradesh as well as benefit the people of the surrounding states”.

‘Completion by 2022’
"The work is carried out every ten days. The completion target is 2022 but I believe the hospital would set up here by 2021. We have started the recruitment process as well; advertisements are also being put up. The medical equipment and machines will be brought here by the end of this year. By 2020 the medical college will also be set up here," JP Nadda added. He also attended the ‘Duga Visarjan’ (immersion) ceremony at Bilaspur, he tweeted, “Had the privilege of attending the Durga immersion program in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. Maa Durga should do well for all the countrymen. Jai Mata Di”.
