Video Captures Kannauj Horror as Girl Crushed to Death by SUV Days After Molestation Complaint

Lucknow: A girl was allegedly crushed to death by an SUV in UP's Kannauj after she me a complaint against miscreants for molesting and assaulting her, to which state police took no action. 

incident occurred on November 12 when a girl named Rinki was killed after a run-over, days later after she me a police complaint. 

Rinki's far h complained on September 8 against a man named Arun, alias Brajesh for allegedly molesting and assaulting his daughter. Despite complaint, no action was taken by police.

Journalist Sanjay Gupta wrote about case on X, “ANM student Rinki was crushed to death by an SUV in UP's Kannauj district. On September 8, her far h filed a complaint against Arun alias Brajesh for molesting and assaulting his daughter, but police did not act. tragic incident took place on November 12, and three police personnel, including station in-charge, have been suspended for negligence.”

Responding to his post, Kannauj Police wrote on X “ incident occurred on 12.11.24. A case has been registered at Chhibramau police station. CCTV footage from area shows a white Scorpio involved in accident, and efforts are ongoing to identify vehicle. Previously, family h lodged a complaint about an accident caused by an unknown vehicle. Prima facie, Chhibramau station in-charge and two or policemen have been suspended for dereliction of duty. Furr legal proceedings are underway.”
