A hit-and-run case has been reported in Karnataka's Udupi where a biker was crushed to death by a speeding car in wee hours. prime accused in this hit-and-run case is Prajwal Shetty, son of Congress leer Belapu Devipras Shetty. incident occurred in Belapu's military colony, Kaup taluk of Udupi district.

Congress leer's son was absconding since hit-and-run but he has now been arrested by Shirva Police. 39-year-old biker lost his life because of Shetty's negligence while driving.
