New Delhi: JDU leader and Party National Spokesperson KC Tyagi has resigns from the party spokesperson post, on Sunday, citing his personal reasons in resignation to the party leardreship. 

Rajiv Ranjan Prasad has been appointed as the new party spokesperson, after Tyagi's resignation, party general secretary Afaq Ahmed Khan stated.

Information was shared by the party through a notification.

 Tyagi resigned because the party leadership was not happy with his statements as a spokesperson, including the recent one on the Israel-Palestine issue and deviated from the party line, as per the sources.
