KCR: 'No merger of TSRTC with Telangana government on any condition'
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday firmly said, "There will no merger of the TSRTC with the Telangana government on any condition."

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday firmly said, "re will merger of Telangana State Ro Transport Corporation (TSRTC) with Telangana government on any condition." According to him, "On any condition, re is merger of RTC with government, this is decided by state cabinet." Furr, he has set a deline of vember 5 for protesting TSRTC employees to join back to ir duties. dressing media, Chief Minister also mentioned that a 67 per cent salary hike has been done by state government for RTC employees.
'Strike is declared illegal'
According to reports, TRSTC strike has been declared as 'illegal' by labour commissioner. Speaking to media, Rao said, "If any strike is declared illegal n employees and department relation do t exist. This agitation has started especially during students' exams and festive season." He furr ded that, " Central Government has brought Motor Vehicle Act which permits privatisation, it is law of land. That is reason we have taken this decision."

On privatisation
According to Telangana CM, K Chandrashekar Rao, after privatisation, all passes will be valid and accepted. He said, "I am t bulldozing, according to Centre's decision, we are acting. We will always work by keeping public necessity in mind. 5,100 private buses are given route permit in state." According to him, RTC employees are demanding never-ending wishes. He also stated that all TSRTC employees who turn back to ir duties before vember will only be accepted.

On BJP slamming KCR govt
Telangana unit of BJP has criticised K Chandrashekar Rao-led state government on Saturday over its decisions taken regarding strike of TSRTC employees. BJP has said decisions by KCR government has been done with "highly suspicious" intentions. According to Rao, " opposition parties are killers. y are provoking RTC employees and y are responsible for ir deaths. RTC Unions and opposition parties are 100 per cent culprits. body can dictate government. Wherever BJP government is present privatisation has been done by m. It is BJP who removed RTC in Mhya Presh. If we obey RTC demands n or corporations will also demand same."

Strike intensifies
TSRTC employees h started a strike on October 5. According to reports, over time, employees intensified ir indefinite protest against sacking of over 40,000 employees by state government. During protests, some RTC employees have lost ir lives.
