Bailed in Snake Venom at Rave Party Case, YouTuber Elvish Yadav to Remain in Jail Over Assault
YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner Elvish Yadav granted bail by a Noida Court in the snake venom case, however he will remain in jail in an assault case.

Elvish Yav Gets Bail: YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT-2 winner Elvish Yav on Friday granted bail by Gautam Buddha Nagar District Court in snake venom smuggling case. Elvish Yav was granted bail by Noida court in case registered under NDPS Act and Wildlife Protection. Yav was lodged in Luxor Jail of Gautam Buddha Nagar for last 5 days for his alleged involvement in snake venom at rave party case.
However, Elvish Yav will have to spend Holi inside jail even after getting bail from Noida’s Surajpur Court. Since, he is being prosecuted in case of assault on anor YouTuber Sagar Thakur, a digital influencer also known as moniker Maxtern, he will have to remain in a jail in Gurugram. case was registered by Gurugram police, after a complaint against Elvish Yav thrashing fellow YouTuber surfaced. A video of incident also went viral on social media drawing massive criticism for Yav.

Elvish Yav will remain in jail in assault case filed by anor YouTuber
It is being said that Elvish Yav will have to take bail in assault case as well before getting released. Till n, he will be lodged in a Gurugram jail. However, due to Holi, bail will not be granted before Tuesday, said sources.
Earlier, Elvish Yav was on March 17 arrested by Noida police in case and was sent to 14 days of judicial custody. police h also arrested five or associates of Yav. All accused were arrested in case registered under Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of Indian Penal Code.

action was taken by police based on complaint filed by People For Animals (PFA) organisation. On complaint, Noida police h raided a banquet hall located in Noida Sector 51 and h arrested five people last year.
Elvish Yav was also named as accused having allegations of organising rave parties, wherein accused used to invite foreigners and arrange poisonous snakes. Several videos also surfaced on social media, wherein Elvish Yav was captured posing with various snakes. It is also being said that during raids, nine venomous snakes were also recovered by police.

Elvish Yav, however, has refuted charges of involvement in case. Notably, BJP leer Maneka Gandhi has in past accused YouTuber of involvement in illegally selling snake venom and sought arrest.
Yav was briefly stopped for questioning by Rajasthan Police in Kota on November last year, while he was travelling with his friends.

As per information, under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, removing venom glands of a snake is a punishable offence and guilty can be jailed for seven years.
