Maharashtra MLA Nawab Malik's Son-in-Law Injured in Car Accident in Mumbai, Hospitalised

Mumbai: Sameer Khan, the son-in-law of Maharashtra MLA Nawab Malik, sustained serious injuries after his car hit a wall in Kurla, said police. Sameer Khan has been admitted to a hospital for treatment, news agency ANI reported.

ANI, citing Mumbai police, reported that the incident took place when Nawab Malik's daughter and Sameer were returning after a routine check-up at a hospital.  Khan sustained injuries on his head and was in ICU.

"Nawab Malik's son-in-law Sameer Khan was seriously injured in a car accident in Kurla. Nawab Malik's daughter and son-in-law were returning after a routine check-up at a hospital. When they were getting into the car, the car driver accidentally pressed down the accelerator and the car hit a wall. Sameer Khan sustained injuries on his head and is currently in ICU," ANI quoted Mumbai Police as saying.
