Maharashtra Polls: Over 47,000 Voters Above 100-Years Old, Oldest At 109
Maharashtra Assembly elections will take place on November 20 in one single phase and the results will be declared on November 23.

Mumbai: As many as 47,392 centenarians – people aged above 100 years old – are among more than 9.7 crore voters in Maharashtra who are eligible to exercise ir franchise in November 20 assembly polls, according to Election Commission data.
As per data shared by state Chief Electoral Officer, re are 22,22,704 voters in age group of 18-19 years, while number of centenarians, those aged 100 and above (oldest at 109), stood at 47,392.

state has 9,70,25,119 registered voters -- 5,00,22,739 men, 4,69,96,279 women and 6,101 of third gender.
Polling for 288-member state assembly will take place on November 20 and results will be declared three days later.
